We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

✘ Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
✘ Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
